It Started With a Wrench and a Dream
Back in 2012, Don had been working at other shops for over 15 years. He was good at what he did — really good. But he kept seeing the same problems: customers getting talked into stuff they didn't need, parts marked up triple what they were worth, and work rushed through just to hit quotas.
So he did something about it. Opened his own place at 105 East 5th Street with basically nothing but a welder, a lift, and a stubborn belief that you could do things differently.
Twelve years later, we're still here. Not because we're the biggest shop in Northwest Ohio — we're not. But because we've built something those chain shops can't buy: trust. Every bolt we turn, every weld we lay, we do it like it's going on our own car. That's just how we roll.

Our wizard with the MIG welder. Mike can fab up just about anything from stainless steel. He's been with us since 2015.
