By accessing and using the services of Don's Custom Exhaust & Brake, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

We provide automotive exhaust and brake repair services, including but not limited to:

• Muffler replacement and repair
• Custom exhaust system fabrication
• Brake pad and rotor replacement
• Catalytic converter services
• Exhaust system inspections

3. Estimates and Pricing

All estimates provided are approximations based on initial inspection. Final pricing may vary depending on:

• Actual condition of components discovered during service
• Parts availability and pricing
• Labor time required for repairs
• Additional repairs identified during service

We will always communicate any price changes before proceeding with additional work.

4. Parts and Warranty

Parts installed by us come with manufacturer warranties. Warranty terms vary by part type and manufacturer. We will provide warranty information for specific parts upon request.

5. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

• Providing accurate vehicle information
• Notifying us of any known issues or modifications
• Paying for services rendered in a timely manner
• Retrieving vehicles within 5 business days of service completion

6. Limitation of Liability

Don's Custom Exhaust & Brake shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of our services beyond the cost of the services provided.

7. Service Appointments

We request that customers provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellation or rescheduling of appointments.
