1. Payment Terms
Payment for services is due upon completion of work unless other arrangements have been agreed upon. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards.
2. Parts Returns
Special order parts that were specifically purchased for your vehicle may not be returnable. This includes:
- Custom-ordered mufflers
- Specialty catalytic converters
- Custom fabricated components
Standard inventory parts may be returned within 30 days if unused and in original packaging.
3. Service Disputes
If you have concerns about the quality of service provided, we encourage you to discuss this with us directly. We are committed to customer satisfaction and will work to address any legitimate concerns.
4. Warranty Claims
Warranty claims for parts are handled according to the manufacturer's warranty terms. Labor warranty is provided for a period of 30 days on most repairs. Specific warranty terms will be provided at the time of service.
5. Cancelled Appointments
We request at least 24 hours notice for cancelled or rescheduled appointments. No-show appointments may result in a non-refundable service fee.
